1. Access
As a subscriber or trial user to this site, you wish to access one or more of the services provided by Financial News Publishing Ltd. By using your username and password to access Financial News Publishing Ltd services via this website or any sub-domains of this domain, you enter into a Financial News Publishing Ltd User agreement and accept in full all the terms and conditions set out below.

As a subscriber this Agreement is for an indefinite term. You may terminate for any reason within the first 3 months and receive a full refund on your subscription less a handling charge or thereafter at the 12 month anniversary of the date on which you became a subscriber. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to receive the service. Unless instructed to the contrary the subscription will automatically be renewed and payment will become due.

If we, Financial News Publishing Ltd terminate this Agreement, we will e-mail you at the address you provide on registration, and you will be deemed to have received it within one hour of transmission. Termination will be effective at that time, so that the assigned User Name and Password will no longer provide access to the Site. You will be responsible for notifying us of any changes to your e-mail address. In the event of Financial News Publishing Ltd terminating the Agreement you will receive, if applicable, a refund on the outstanding balance of your subscription at the time of termination.

FREE TRIAL USERS: As a trial user, access to all Financial News Publishing Ltd information and data will be free of all charges but will be restricted at the sole discretion of Financial News Publishing Ltd. Trial use of the service will typically be for a period of two weeks but maybe extended by Financial News Publishing Ltd at its sole discretion. The full Terms & Conditions applicable to the Financial News Publishing Ltd service will apply to all trial users with the exception of those relating to payment. Financial News Publishing Ltd reserves the right to deny access to any trial user without notice, deny further on-line trial user access and or access licences if it considers the request is inappropriate or information and data consumed within trial(s) is excessive.

The Agreement will be governed by UK Law. The UK courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
