Barclaycard has partnered with TouchBistro, a global iPad-based POS solution for restaurants, to streamline payments at the UK eateries.
The collaboration will see Barclaycard’s payment solution being integrated with TouchBistro POS solution to drive efficiency and reduce human errors in bill payments.
TouchBistro will automatically calculate payment values, eliminating manual calculations and double entries. Overall, it will streamline bill-paying process benefitting the restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs in the UK.

TouchBistro system is designed to streamline and simplify all aspects of restaurant operations. The restaurant operator can manage order taking, payment processing, menu management as well as sales tracking and reporting with the solution.

Barclaycard, a unit of Barclays Bank, is one of the largest card transaction processors in the UK.
In May this year, the company launched a credit card in partnership with AGCO Parts to support UK farming businesses.
