Revolution Payments has launched a Level III credit card processing solution that can effectively operate within NetSuite to improve work-flow, streamline payments, and reduce double entry.

Revolution Payment’s latest NetSuite credit card processing integration is said to automatically capture level three details to get the lowest costs on commercial purchase cards. It can mark invoices as ‘paid’ when the transaction is approved.

Additionally, the integration helps to store customer profiles and card information  off-site on a PCI compliant server, and automatically post payments in accounts receivable (A/R) and the general ledger (G/L).

The integrated level three solution is claimed to be compatible with all the latest NetSuite versions and the latest desktop versions of NetSuite.

According to Revolution Payments, Level III processing with NetSuite is expected to reduce the interchange cost of accepting commercial cards, including commercial, purchase, fleet, government and business cards, by 30%-40%.

Moreover, when a level level II/III eligible transaction is accepted, the solution detects.

The Revolution Payments NetSuite module automatically updates and attaches level III detail, thereby reducing business ‘interchange’ costs before the transaction ever reaches a processor.

Last year, Revolution Payment launched automated level 3 processing for government vendors.
